Supplement pick up € 40: in the event that the guide should reach the group in places not served by public transport or if the meeting point with the guide and the place where the excursion ends are very far away
Hour supplement€ 55: in case the group requires a guide service longer than the standard, it will be applied a hour supplement of € 55 for every extra hour.

Earphones are mandatory.

Supplement pick up € 35 : in case the guide has to reach the group in places not served by public transport, when the meeting point with the guide and the place of the end of the excursion are very far away and / or when the guide goes to pick up the group in hotels far from the historical center / guided tour.
Hourly supplement € 50 : in case the group wants a longer guide service than the standard, an hourly supplement of € 50 will be applied for each additional hour.

Festive supplement + 20%: Christmas, New Year and August 15th.

For large groups – 50 pax flat rates will be applied without exceeding the € 350 limit.
Supplement pick up € 35: if the guide has to reach the group in places not served by public transport, in places far from the end of the guided tour or in distant hotels (from the historical center or from the guided tour).

MUSEUMS
For a visit to a museum groups of 25 people/students maximum are accepted, in addition it is requested to divide the group into 2 guides.
Minimum rate for single group 25 prs. € 120: rates for large groups on request
Festive supplement + 20% : for guide services at Christmas, New Year and Ferragosto.
Specification list
By group we mean 6 to 50 participants . Above 50 participants it is advisable to divide the group into two, each with a guide. Under 6 participants request a specific quote.
For full day service in Veneto (excluding Venice) we mean maximum 5 hours (consecutive or to be divided into a before and after lunch break) in the city, starting and end of service at the same point (specific programs will be required for travel programs).
In Venice, instead, the actual visiting hours are counted, that is, the visit is an hourly rate.
Supplements apply to the rates indicated above for the start and end of the service in different locations, pick-up outside the historic centers, transfers, additional hour, bilingual guide for mixed groups, personalized itineraries, etc. For details, do not hesitate to send a request.
The above rates are to be understood gross of the R.A. (withholding tax) 20% .
Entrance fees to museums, monuments, etc., are not included in the rate for the guided tour.
Depending on their tax systems, some guides will apply + 4% INPS compensation to the gross tariffs.
The prepayment is required in the case of new customers by sending an invoice notice directly from the assigned guide and by bank transfer. Any transfer costs are charged to the customer.
The invoice issued will report the revenue stamp of € 2.00 only when the net amount is greater than 75 euros. The same is to be considered by the customer.
Unless otherwise agreed, the service will be deemed canceled, without prejudice to the payment of the base for up to 30 participants, after exceeding the waiting time on the booked arrival time.
Cancellations must be received at least 3 days before of the requested date, under penalty of payment of the base for up to 30 participants.
Rules of access to monuments
Online booking and use of radio guides with earphones for guided tours of groups of more than 10 people are mandatory
The main changes are two: the groups more than 10 people must obligatorily < strong> book the guided tour using the appropriate online form, also during the visit they must use the radio guides with earphones , they can be booked at:

Groups will have the opportunity to take the guided tour with their own guide or request to be accompanied by a friar or a guide from the Basilica . In both cases, however, on the day of the visit the groups must register with the Information Office, delivering the print of the confirmation email, with the relevant code, received at the time of booking.
In the Basilica, information materials are already available for pilgrims and tourists (cartello–volantino) which explain in detail the new booking methods; it will be possible to send us reservations through the form that will be activated on our site www.santantonio.org .
STUDENTI : If it is a middle school, it is not necessary to use the earphones in the Basilica. Starting from high school it is mandatory to have earphones and to book the entrance time slot.
Finally, remember that guided tours are carried out exclusively at the following times :
- Monday to Friday 9 am-5pm
- Saturday 9-15
- Sunday and public holidays 13: 30-15
Guided tours are not possible on the feasts of the Immaculate Conception, Christmas, Easter, Language Festival, on June 13th and on the occasion of special celebrations.

You enter the Basilica for free, but you must book the skip-the-line at www.venetoinside.com and also you need to have radio equipment at a cost of € 1.50 + VAT per person to explain inside the basilica (mediavoxvenezia@gmail.com ).

The main news are two: groups of more than 9 people must book the guided tour on www.venetoinside.com with prepayment of entrances ; also during the visit they will have to use the radio guides with earphones .
The groups will have the opportunity to take the guided tour with their guide only after booking online skip-the-line on www.venetoinside.com and with radio guides, otherwise the guide will not be able to accompany the group inside the Basilica nor will he be able to explain to the interior of the Basilica .
Guided visits are not possible on Christmas, Easter, Feast of San Marco (25 April) and on special celebrations (check on the website of the Patriarchate of Venice).
